no inspection performed, homeowner did not want me to do inspection because he was not informed that I was coming even though I called leonard with Ashley heating and told him I was coming and that he would call owner to notify him that I was coming. Homeowner did not answer the phone so he did not get the message that I was coming. I call leonard back and told him what the homeowner said and that he will have to set up time and a different inspector will perform the inspection. Because the homeowner did not want me on his property. He said I was rude the first time because I did not set up an appointment, which is ashley heating responsibility.
