I contacted Layton construction about the attached FIR permit. Per the BLD permit all of the work is on the third floor. The attached FIR is for work on the second floor that they are not a part of.

Four smoke detectors and one manual pull station were tested. They are located in phase 5, sub phase 4 and 5. See the city approved plans with todays date and my name written at each device. Items tested ok.
