East Valley SWPPP and CGP related project is now covered by City of Boise permit ESC15-00556. Site will now be inspected and monitored under the inspection activity of that permit.

No violations, fugitive dust, or trackout. Grading for new phase is cleared to start, BMPs installed. No work commenced yet.

Big Bite Inc., utilities installer will be doing the work at the District for ESI, starting at the end of May (after Memorial Day). Plan is to use frac tank /sediment box to treat pumped groundwater. The water will then discharge into a trench that flows around site perimeter to the approx. 1 acre pond. This pond does not have an outlet pipe and a discharge to Boise River /Logger's Creek is not anticipated.

Requested that written plan modification be submitted to PDS and include:

1. Change RP name (Kevin Honeycutt)
2. Dewatering plan narrative (construction schedule, pump rates, treatment details, inspection frequencie, corrective action plan, etc) and site map

Conditions at site are currently in compliance. BMPs include stabilized construction entrance, perimeter controls, fuel station with secondary containment, and water truck for dust control.

No dewatering until plans are submitted and approved.
