Correction items include; post "door to remain unlocked...." signage at the main entry/exit, post one fire extinguisher at the second floor level, the existing fire sprinkler system is overdue annual certification. Also noted some exit signs and EM lights are not functional on battery backup and premise address numbers are not located or sized per min. standard. See items #1,2,4 and 8 on the list of general requirements attatched to the permit documents for details.
