Provide annual inspections for all of the fire extinguishers. Repair the exit sign/emergency lights at the office exit and the east warehouse exit. Per the approved plans the hi-lighted walls were removed by the last tenant. The tenant decided to keep the walls. Tenant needs to verify resubmittal requirements with Tim Woodard in plan review at ###-####. Tenant stated he may request a temporary occupancy by the end of the week if he cant't get all of the items corrected. I gave him Scott Arellano's contact information incase he wants to make the request.
