Sewer trunk extension to East Valley is installed. Need to check for vegetation and stabilization in areas outside of roadway. East Valley is continuing to be graded & grubbed. The construction entrances are not installed to specifications in the SWPPP, but no trackout observed and there has been no hauling or off hauling. No significant fugitive dust observed leaving the area.

House is complete, landscaped, and occupied. BLD permit finaled. However, homeowner acid washed his floor and rinsed it to the nearest storm drain.

Hunter Homes RP Austin Wagner helped switch out the affected DI bag. Written notice to homeowner to clean up the mess created and not to repeat such actions. Left my number in case there are any questions.

Will check back, and if clean the permit will be finaled.

Tahoe Homes washout is near capacity. Cement truck company spilled some concrete or concrete washout into the alley and it is now in the DI bag.

Concrete waste and dust that was in the culdesac has been swept clean as requested. Downstream DI's have also been maintained. No new corrections.

In Terra Nativa, a request to Idaho Power to remove a concrete washout tub with liquid waste in it has also been removed as requested earlier in the week.

This should provide contractor parking for the new phases occuring on Raymond. DIs have protection, gutters have little sediment accumulation. Silt fence along Allumbaugh is in good condition; SWPPP located at corner of Colehaven & Allumbaugh.
