Ground rods to be installed, water piping is new poly line, new cable to be run from new service to existing panel, through crawl space. Neutrals and grounds to be separated at existing panel. 3. I didnt see box buried in wall on first inspection. Homeowner informed me there was a remodel prior to them buying home. There was another wire tucked between some studs. May be hot.
