Inspection was for overhead rough-in cover. The installation matches plans which are currently being resubmitted per contractor. Rough-in as installed is okay pending city plan review approval. Three areas as marked on plans need corrected including overspacing at a corridor intersection, head too close to a wall in SW room, the elevator shaft head needs to be QR.

The project related hood inspection has failed, also need to remove the manual thumbturn at the main entry/exit door, repair non-functional exit sign and discharge light at the west exit, provide max. occupant load sign as indicated on review notes, need to provide means to test HVAC duct SD devices at next inspection, not all life safety items reviewed at this time.
