110.26(D)- From previous conference which allowed motion detectors to be installed in equipment and electrical rooms because of manual control was provided integrated into switch. Code has been clearified due to unsafe operation of the automatic off function motion detector shall be removed in these areas. Manual only.
410.22- Site work included stone covering to be added to misc walls along walkways. Existing step lights remained but covers were lost leaving exposed wiring to be accessible to public. 2 rear, 1 front.
* New walls were found in future TI on 3rd floor next to room 342, unable to locate permits for this space.

240.24- Operating handle of a over current device shall not be higher than 6'7".
250.134- Metal box in net panel shall be connected to equipment grounding conductor.
300.4- NM coble shall be protected from physical damage where run thru bored hole that does not maintain 1 1/4" from framing surface. 10-3 below panel to left outer wall.
