Daryl..add as many inpections to this as you need to reflect the number of phone calls and to whom and site visits you have made....then make out a correction notice and I will deliver it with you....along with this print out, thanks, lee
All the lavs in building was replaced without a plmbing contractor. The manager was notified that a permit was needed and a plumbing cont. was to do the work. I returned a number of times and at one point found Ridgeway performing work on the 7th floor on 2 suites without a permit. They did aquire a permit for those 2 rms. But still no permit for all other work. I informed the manager I would not final the permit until a permit was taken out for all work needing one. 5/18/06 I talked with Red Lion management and Strasser co. president. Strasser co. being the contractor on the job. Strasser contacted Bill Ridgeway to permit all other work that was done. As of 5/25/06 I haven't heard any more. ds
