Fire alarm testing for the area of remodel designated as phase one is acceptable as marked on approved plans, one duct detector has the sample and vent tubes installed backward, need to test the manual pull at the nurses station, will verify these items at next inspection for the remainder of the project scope.

Electrical power failed to shut down upon activation of the hood suppression system, "blow off" test and the manual pull tested satisfactory. Need to relocate the K class extinguisher a min. of 10' feet from the cooking appliances.
