There is a Storage Room 130 as shown on the approved building plans that has wood racks recently built. The sprinkler pendants exceed the maximum 130 sq. ft. per head allowed for ordinary hazard which this room would be considered. As-builts are required but resubmittals won't be. Also the minimum 18" clearance is not available due to the top shelf of these racks. Per discussion with the property manager the top rack will be removed.

The underground piping installed is 1 1/4" cpvc. Per the approved plans, note #4, if the piping is not poly then resubmittals are required. I contacted bruce about this but gave him the ok to cover. It also appears that the underground supply is coming up closer to the exterior wall than what is shown on the plans. This too will need to be addressed.
