Some of the corrections issued 5/15 have been completed:

1. DI bag in alley behind house that was affected was replaced and the alley swept to remove dried concrete dust.
2. The full concrete washout is no longer being used and there is a new Tahoe Homes washout being installed.

Remaining corrections:
1. Remove full washout and clearly mark new washout and inform all contractors.
2. Continue to check DI bags.

No new violations observed.
