Two settling ponds are in use. No discharge to Logger's Creek occuring. Plan is to excavate a 3rd retention/infiltration pond to increase settling time. In addition to settling pond, water is to be used for dust control and pumped into a sprinker system along the stockpiles and areas not under construction.

ESI crew is,putting the plan on paper for SWPPP, preparing to initiate the plan, and has read CGP to know monitoring and book keeping requirements.

BMPs installed per ESC plan. Gatorgaurd wattles properly staked and backfilled installed as perimeter sediment control.

Hillside slopes have been previously hydroseeded so preservation of existing vegetation as much as possible will be a BMP.

A new driveway apron will need to be cut so I cautioned RP/GC to contain slurry. DI bags are installed.

Approved. Will start grading and earthwork for retaining walls.
