Received complaint about ESC issues, noise, and parking issues at site:
No activity at time of inspection. Trench work for sewer/water utilities was not properly cleaned up at end of day yesterday. There is very limited space where driveway goes to parcel it should be noted.
Observations:
Some dirt tracked onto to the street from stockpiling/trenching activities. No major trackout beyond entrance to site; No trash or other construction debris/material uncontained.
Permit posted.
Correction Notice posted; discussed corrections with RP Vince on phone.
Corrections:
1. Sweep up at end of each day or more as necessary.
2. Construction hours 6:30 AM-6:00 PM MF, 8:30-6 PM weekends.
3. Install watte or silt fence to protect neighbor's grass.
