	Dewatering has been post poned to allow ponds to infiltrate/drain so they can been lined and improved. Water is too murky & turbid to discharge. Water truck is pumping water out of the pond to use for fugitive dust control. ESI will contact next week when proper setup is constructed. Approved.

	Phase I in Aberdeen Square has all construction finished and all disturbed areas stabilized. Streets are free of loose dirt from construction activity in Phase II. Phase II on the north side of Colehaven is in progress with vertical and foundation work in progress. Some trackout and stockpiles on hard surfaces at time of inspection. Crews were backifilling foundations and hauling away dirt. All DIs (MS4 on Raymond & private) have sediment capture bags. No dust, windblown trashout, or trackout of mud. Just need to sweep sidewalks on Raymond when finished backfilling.
