CHRIS ###-#### EXT 145-FOR GAR MOVE--was at 12348 w franklin & going to 126 s maple grove . At site now the garage has 2x4 rafters spaning 9'-6" which does NOT meet Boisie City snow load, also there is a storage plat form on the rafter ties which is NOT adequate for a storage load, The rafter ties NOT designed for a ceiling load of drywall. The sill plate is NOT pt or redwood, The front wing walls are 2 foot wide,would require hd's and shear panels per Boise City Code, The roof needs to be re-shingled, the walls are sheetrocked I can not see the siding as there is aluminum or steel siding over the exterior. This would require a plan submital/ with alterations to determine compliance with addopted codes of Boise City. 5/22/2002 11:22:06 AM
