The 200lb hydro on the basement system passed. Sprinkler rough-in for the basement passed inspection and the remaining ceiling tile areas can be installed. I noted one location that an upright sprinkler needs to be installed as per plans, one painted head that needs replaced and one bent all thread rod that needs replaced. Also the remaining hardlids, except for the unfinished restrooms, on the first floor can be installed to cover the sprinkler piping.

The contractor had the approved plans but still does not have the small documents. I explained the electronic plan review process and the need for all of the documents. Fire extinguisher has been provided at pumps.

The fire alarm testing for the Procedure Room and Clean Room passed inspection. I noted that the existing chimes and strobes start out as syncing but eventually don't sync. I feel that with the different tones and two patterns this is not causing undo confusion.
