Home has been demolished and debris hauled away. Large hole in the ground. Pre-exisiting hillside vegetation and trees were preserved. No trackout, erosion, or other issues. New home to be built on the parcel. Permit sign is posted and access restricted. Approved.

Combination of stormwater from yesterday's rain event, irrigation water, and water accumulated from previous dewatering was about to overflow pond into private residence. Channel opened up to let water flow into Logger's Creek (channel of the Boise River). Water flowing was visibly turbid upon arrival.

No dewatering is occuring and flow has stoped. A lined channel with multiple check dams is treating/detaining water.

Working on setting up new settling pond system . A wier tank may be required.

Having ESC take turbidity samples and filing corrective action report in SWPPP.

Paint can accidentally spilled from above onto parking lot under building at Lusk Place. Workers rinsed a broomed paint spill into onsite stormdrain. Drain is connected to interceptor and then discharges to DD3 creek that flows into Ann Morrison. White discharge visible at outlet into creek west of Anniversary Inn.

Actions taken:
1. Turned off hose being used for rinsing.
2. Alerted site supervisor
3. Pump truck is to come suck up the interceptor
4. Flow has been stopped east of Anniversary with fabrics.

Special investigation fee charged. Multiple discharges have occurred throug span of project with complaints called in.

PW illicit discharge investigator and ESC coordinator also inspecting site for clean up operations.

Plume is not yet visible downstream in park.
