Provide "No Roof Access" signage on northwest stairwell. Provide double sided exit signs by th 20 rooms (220, 320, 420 and 520). Fire sprinkler next to exhaust fan in trash room is obstructed. Provide electrical outlet covers that are missing on electrical outlets. Provide an "Emergency Evacuation Plan" for each apartment. Stairwells must be 100% completed before any occupancy. Adjust insulation next to sidewall sprinkler heads to maintain the 4 to 6 inches of vertical clearance that is required. Fire sprinkler heads in level 1 trash room that are painted must be replaced. Ceiling tile that is missing on level 1 must be installed for fire sprinkler heat collection. All fire sprinkler escutcheons need to be in place and installed correctly (no loose or hanging down escutcheons). FIR permits for fire sprinkler and fire alarm must be finaled before life fire safety can be completed.
