Go around back to gain access Substandard renters complaint - Sinks don't drain, only 1 outlet in rooms. Can easily be over loaded and cause a fire, no fire extinguishers, no locks on doors, doors do not open properly. Trip hazards all over the place. Refrigerater in front of breaker box. No handrail outside stairs. Someone living in the shed. Ladder to upstairs room (no stairs).//David ###-#### Met with 415, 411, 414 and tenants. There has been fixtures replumbed without permits and not per code. Kitchen sink vent not to code, new water lines without permits, and plumbing system as a whole not to code.............................ds
