Go around back to gain access. Substandard renters complaint - Sinks don't drain, only 1 outlet in rooms. Can easily be over loaded and cause a fire, no fire extinguishers, no locks on doors, doors do not open properly. Trip hazards all over the place. Refrigerater in front of breaker box. No handrail outside stairs. Someone living in the shed.
