Spoke with excavator to set up the construction access prior to trucks pulling up into the lot due to the saturated soil. Will have it completed this morning and all sediment cleaned up off of the hard surfaces also.

Spoke with PC Maint. over the requirements wwith the reeasing of the the ESC permit prior to the grading permit. Allowing them to reove spoils piles within the parking lot for business services. No paving will occur until grading permit has been issued.
