Resubmit building plans showing as-built wall layout for the entire facility. Include correct room descriptions and locations of all rated walls, doors and glass. Room not shown on the plans in work area 157 has six bunk beds. Per on of the office personell this is used for overnight studies of insomnia. Provide description of this use and all other uses to the plan reviewer. Door hardware is not of approved type on some of the doors in the remodeled area and exit signs are not operating correctly. Atleast one sprinkler head is overspaced in the comference room. Pendant head in corridor outside of office 103 is too close to the wall (2") and a pendant head in storage room 134/135 exceeds 130 sq.ft. max. spacing. Fire alarm was not ready due to missing makeup air unit and two thermoustats not wired and high and low voltage wire in the same conduit at dry pipe pressure switch. Sprinklers could not be finaled due to missing ceiling tile and canopies. Contractor needs to review fire dept. review notes prior to calling for inspection (fire extinguishers not ready nor was door hardware).
