According to Adam the above ground hydro test passed. It was witnessed by the general contractor. Test papers will need to be provided.

No real inspection was performed due to items found just walking around. Manual pull stations and the wall mounted a/v on the kitchen wall(facing dining) are mounted too high. Not all heights have been verified. Also the ceiling mounted a/v's are mounted above 10' which means reduced spacing is used. If, since spacing has not been checked yet, the a/v's are overspaced and the contractor wants to just increase the cd rating, resubmittals will be required. Mary was at this inspection as well and knows what is going on.

Provide hanger on relocated head immediatley outside of the new room, right above doors into room.

Could not do inspection since the wrong gas regulator had been installed and the pilot lights would not work.

I issued a stop work order for all trades after finding fire alarm backboxes installed at project. No one was at the job site so I called the general contractor and spoke to him about the situation. I told him that I could lift the stop work order if the electrical contractor removed the parts of the fire alarm system that have been installed. Mary and Sam have been notified.
