I tried to do this inpsection twice today. The first time paper work was missing such as the Inspection and Testing form, the NetCom signal strenght verification and the building map was incorrect. When I returned the required paper work was there but I found that the AES wireless transmitter that was installed was not the model number that was submitted and approved. Also when we tried to send a trouble signal no was transmitted and when a tamper switch was operated a water flow signal was transmitted to central station. The inspection was stopped and will need to be rescheduled after the correct transmitter is installed or plan review is contacted and approves this different model. Also all signals need to be verified.
