Verbal to RP: As a result of rain overnight rilling has occurred which is threatening to override the sediment controls at the first drainage. Rills are undercutting horizental barriers leading to the perimeter controls. M. Martin (RP) will talk to Jerry F. and take the necessary steps to address the problems. Also additional mulch application on this drainage is highly recommended. Re-vegetation on this drainage is paramount importence. Will follow up Friday a.m. at 10:00.

Final grading is completed, irrigation installed and bare ground seeded. Did not see any growth as of yet, permit may be finaled after achieving 70%.
