Inspection for cover failed at four locations-see plan set for annotations including missing coverage at one storage room, blocked pendent at a patient room by an adjacent curtain track, one overspaced hanger at the corridor, one head to be relocated due to blockage by a cabinet, mc cable is not to be attatched to sprinkler hanger rods-removed while on site, remainder of ceilings are okay for cover as initialed with today's date.

Rough-in cover inspection for the office area failed due to decking insulation covering all pipe hanger attatchments-need to expose the work for verification of seismic restraint at the beam clamps-selected one random hanger for inspection and discovered the retaining strap had not been fastened, also missing EQ bracing at the 3" main, noted stairway heads are not cut, need to provide approved plan set.

See stamped TI plan set for rough-in areas approved for cover at the hard lid ceilings including soffits, noted head placement to be adjusted at the conference room accordian door pocket for proper coverage, ceiling at the electrical closet appears to have been deleted-if so then walls must extend to the bottom of the deck for area separation of sprinklered and non-sprinklered spaces.

Provide as-built plans indicating field change in notification circut wire guage from 14 to 18, the deletion of a duct smoke detector at the electrical room and the additon of a requried notification appliance at the basement storage room per review notes, provide an updated map at the panel, the door to the FACP room needs signage, sprinkler system riser #2 is not in service to complete testing, annotated areas not finished at this time including phase 2 appliance circut, central station account information is not correct regarding type and description of signals recieved-will need to retest.
