No active work but building is not even out of the ground, talked to Inspector 450, 180 day clock is running, if BLD gets expired then the ESC should be expired at the same time. No problems observed.

10:00 on site. Met with RP & Owner of property, J. Frank. Reviewed controls and steps needed to prevent turbid discharge from site. Completion of controls by end of the weekend and to monitor site during forecasted rain during this time frame be prepared to take the necessary steps to ensure compliance. No unpermitted discharge has occurred but failure to take added steps may result in a discharge fo turbid runoff.
