Also the duct detector addresses tested do not correspond with the addresses received at central. To final a map and reverification of duct detector addresses will be required.

To be canceled per phone conversation with Mary. Also per phone conversation with Jerry McAdams with the Boise Fire Dept. the manual pull station is required to meet current code requirements for spacing from the hood. It is currently located less than 10' from the hood. No actual inspection has been performed at this project.

Four strobes are over spaced. One strobe needs to be lowered since it is obstructed by duct work. The central station did not receive all of the alarm signals. The inspection had to be stopped due to time constraints. The remaining inspection is scheduled for later today.
