Entire exterior must have weather resitive barrier. Complete fireblocking on all furouts and fur downs. Additional studs needed at TG2 two ply truss. Nail off all simpson hangars. Provide min. 3 nails in truss to top plate connection. Provide additional engineering and details at bonus room joisand tie in, also need to address ventilation in this area. c/n posted.
