Could not visually verify stabilization on disturbed dirt. Sent email request to the RP for the following info. 1. Method of stabilization, locations, and application rates. 2. Confirmation from Harris Ranch which stockpiles they are assuming control over. 3. Was pile of concrete debris existing and what will be done with it? RP responded with the following answers: 1. Stabilization consisted of 15 lb annual rye grass, 400 lb mulch, and 1 lb tackifier per acre. 2. RP responded that all remaining stockpiles are located in their previous location prior to the start of the project and he has contacted the Harris Ranch Representative to draft a letter stating this is acceptable and they are assuming ownership. 3.
