Responded to complaint regarding flooding caused by blocked ditch. Met RP (Bob Unger) and John (Internet Auto) on site to discuss complaint and solution for problem. Immediate action is being taken to repair ditch. C/N issued to address complaint and violations. I will re-inpsect site tomorrow.
