Module building are being removed from their pads, misc. trash and debris, (insulation, wood, etc) are uncontained. Informed RP that this debris needs to be taken care of, including removal from site, containerized). With a high wind warning in affect for this evening and night this material has the possibility to being blown throughout the neighborhood. Norman, ###-####.

Large quantity of trash and construction debris unmanaged. Material storage does not have a much needed construction entrance for reducing tracking. Vertical area of sub-division has double drop inlet protection but street sweeping on a daily basis is expected. Inspectorw 460 and 450 are meeting with the RP to present the correction notice. Compliance is expected to continue throughout the project. or additiona enforcement measures will occur.
