Correction items include; post "door to remain unlocked while building is occupied" sign at the main entry/exit, provide single action hardware at the back exit per plan review annotations, repair exit sign/ emergency light above the back exit door. Also noted existing fire sprinkler coverage is overspaced off adjacent walls at the office and main lobby areas (three locations). Partition walls do not appear to have been included in the original design and constructed without permit at a later date. Any modifications to an existing fire sprinkler system will require a separate permit and be completed by a state licensed contractor. See plan notes and permit card for details.
