The hood suppression system permit needs to be finaled. Fire extinguisher placement is acceptable. The tumblers in all of the doors had not been installed yet so door operation could not be verified. Also the exit signs and emergency lighting still needs to be verified.

This inspection was for the installation of the 4" PIV. The PIV can be covered. I let the contractor know that it would be a good idea to get the conduit for the tamper switch installed prior to bury.

the underground flush passed. There is sprinkler blockage in the mater bathroom at the tub/shower enclosure and cpvc piping is exposed at the riser. A tenting inspection will be required as well as an inspection to see the insulation.

This inspection was for a first floor rough-in. The sprinkler piping can not be covered yet since final locations for the pendants is not done. No t-bar has been installed yet. The rough-in for the most part is ok. Two items have been noted. They include most of the branchline hangers to the north of the 3" main have been attached to the bottom of the beams. I referenced note #50 which does not allow this. Also the sidewall head installed at the top of the elevator shaft has not been installed in the 4" to 6" window.
