I met with Scott from Brighton, Quality Appliance and Toni the homeowner. Brighton will make modifications to the cabinet to comply with minimum clearances and contact the manufacturer for clearification to the installation instructions. Brighton will contact me about other homes that have similar installation issues( max upper cabinet depth of 12 7/8th"). Toni will call me when they are going to make corrections to verify. installation.

went by and noone was home. Bill Hartmen was working next door and he said he had made repairs to the water heater, filter was plugged up and fuseable link was defective. Hartmen proservice. I left a card for the tenant to call me on the front door.
