Reviewed damage and uncleaned areas around downhill neighbor's detached garage. There is evidence of damage to the slope area direcctly behind garage.

Section of silt fence is below the wooden fence needs re-installation. Low point of perimeter wattle along fence needs to be corrected to not channel water to this area.

Corrections needed:
- sweep gutter in front of projects
- empty over full trash containment
- provide concrete washout pit - currently just spraying down the slope
- set schedule for disturbed slope stabilization
- install wattle along stockpile in front of upper project as previously requested and agreed to.

ESC17-00203 BMP Violation5/30/20175/31/20175/31/2017 2:22:33 PMAPART
Onsite Project Manager Dave with Ruedebuesch Construction and Knife River foreman Brent have made corrections in area of excessive dust yesterday.

Dusty area of native material behind construction entrance was covered in pit run to supress dust and prevent mudzone. Water truck was not at site yesterday morning, now site has 1 designated water truck. Foreman also made contact with neighbor to discuss & resolve dust issue.

Was at site for approximately 15-20 mins while water truck was making a water run. Hydrant is 1.5 miles east on Gowen.

Dust plumes were not crossing site boundaries, but there is dust and activities continue while water truck is not at site.

Request to provide additional water truck so that the two trucks can rotate shifts so there is control at all times of excavation, grading and hauling.

Will check later in week for conditions at site.
