This permit was reopened after problems from installation of new sewer pipe was installed. As far as I could tell the pipe was fairly flat to begin with and was not bedded properly and caused sagging and backup in to the house after a couple of months, the second time......We had Strasser from PW come down and after much discussion the main sewer in the right of way was dug up and Mike installed a new lower elevation stub. Which was on 5/3/07....On 5/4 I checked on progress and the 10 ft. of pipe installed was still flat and was connected to reversed grade pipe at which point I instructed excavator he would have to dig back towards house to expose pipe and relay it until it was grade properly. That is where the problem was left as of 5 pm today...5/4.......ds
