Grass is not establishing in many of the data center grounds that have been hydroseeded. Layer of tacifier still keeping soil stabilized. No fugitve dust issues observed or reported.
Talked to resident adacent to Idaho Power access road and Involta easement. Claims area where new fiber optic was installed causes lots of dust issues. Also Idaho Power needs to oil/stabilize the road. Will contact Idaho environmental compliance/maintenance division to see what schedule for road maintenance is. May need to have Involta hydroseed area.

No issues observed or reported for BPR maintenance and miscellaneous earthwork. This permit is the FY2014 annual permit and was issued Feb. 6, 2014. Checking to see if we will require annual permit renewal.
