I had received an assignment for Final Occupancy (COD04-00507 & BLD03-00649) from Linday, Mountainland Business Supply Systems. My inspection showed that the conditions for the CZC had not been met. The parking lot stripping had not been done and the fence has not been completed.

I spoke with Linda and told her what was still necessary for completion. Linda told me that the neighbor had taken the fence down and it was his responsibility to rebuild it.. Ironically, I had gotten a call from the neighbor two days earilier asking when we were going to make them put the fence up. I told Linda that the CZC requires a fence, but not who was to build it. It should be remembered that the original fence was in dissrepair and falling down. The neighbor had determined that the original fence had been built incorrectlly on the neighbor's property.

I asked if Kelley Garrity was still representing them in this issue. Linda said that she did not think so. I told her that the issue of the fence needs to be resolved and it may be bennifical to contact Ms. Garrity.
