Work in progress (slow) noncomplying stairway to upper patio has been removed. Electrical contractor on site performing work in basement mechanical room, service drop on north end has been run underground and violtions corrected so that Idaho Power can contect new service drop to building.Plans for 2nd floor are still under review (pending fire and structural).
