Both of the above ground hydro tests failed. The wet system had visable leakage on the mezzanine. The FDC was not part of the hydro test and wil need to be included as per NFPA 13. The corrections noted on the previous inspection have been corrected and the remaining piping can be covered.

A temporary occupancy wasa given until the thumbturn locks are removed from the front and rear exit doors, a sticker "Door to remain ........" is provided at the front door, single action hardware is provided on the rear exit door, emergency lighting is provided at the existing exit signs and a permit is provided/required for the existing alarm system that has been removed. Per phone discussion with the fire alarm plan reviewer this occupancy does not require a fire alarm system and per FIR04-00414 this system was initially installed voluntarily.
