Follow up inspection to see if action items from the 5/1 conference were completed.
Both entrances have new rock that is also extended. Very little sediment accumulation in gutters along Lysted. West entrance on Council Springs does not have any significant track out.
Site conditions are much improved. Need to check if DI on north side of Warm Springs between Council Springs and Eckert. Lots of sediment in gutters, unclear if it is from Terraces project trackout in preveious weeks - numerous projects are in the vicinity. Will follow up. No corrections at this time.

Installing curb along side Warm Springs. Large lined washout pit is provided on the upper staging area for the work. Road into development has been compacted, looks like it will soon be paved. Site has good vegetative and structural buffer. No corrections at this time.

Permit posted. Excavation is downslope from the Boise City Canal, which is lined with stone bricks and and also a landscaped buffer. GC Jon King explained the scope of project. Will use small tractor to haul dirt down from top of driveway at Warm Springs. Approved for construction.
