Provide single action hardware on the north exit door. Provide verification that the existing fire sprinkelr system is adequate for the commodity being stored. I found encapsulated foam mattresses stored (sollid pile) around 8'. Per the owner this is temporary and actual storage height will be at 4'.

Repair/test all of the exit signs and emergency lights. None of the test buttons functioned. Provide one 2A,10BC fire extinguisher with current inspection tag and mount as discussed. Remove the dead bolt lock from the massage room door.

My contact, dave, was sick so he had Mark Scharfen contact me about scheduling. Inspection to be canceled due to the remote annunciator not being installed. Mark asked about relocating it but I deferred him to Scott Arellano and the fire alarm plans examiner for approval.
