Gypcrete-making and installation is in progress. Hillsides that were seeded have not yet fully established, sod looks like it has a good start. No trackout from site or muddy discharges down Lusk. Approved.

No trackout. No earthwork occuring, no loose sediment leaving site via runoff. Inlet have sediment protection and silt fence is installed on the north side of site in between project and Greenbelt.

Collective runoff from irrigation of both 970 & 1012 Braemere is concentrating and creating a gully that has under cut the silt fence with sediment leaving site and beginning to enter neighbors yard.

Correction:
1. Decrease water to 1-2x times a week. Barrow contruction contact David stated this frequency was decreased last week.
2. Need to install check dams along channel that has formed and extend the diversion channel to carry water further down from the existing channel.

3. Install addition sediment control below silt fence breach and repair gully that has formed.

4. Rake/clean up deposited sediment on adjacent property back into lot behind silt fence.

Noted - it was disclosed that a hydroseeding contractor is to come the week of 5/10-5/15

Builder will have crew on site to make repairs and corrections on 5/8 in the AM.

Debris and materials that were temporarily dumped across the street have been remove and lot has been graded. Gutter and sidewalk also swept.

ESC conditions satisfied. Permit finaled.

Landscaping now complete, including disturbed open area along Heavens Way to the small turnout. Surrounding hillside banks have grass growing. No further ESC inspections required. Permit finaled.

Coir fiber inlets on Wolf Tree in front of project have trapped a lot of sediment but are not adequately filtering the water and are partially damaged.

CN issued to RP Randy via phone:
After rain and runoff has stopped, need to shovel and clean gutters surrounding inlets. Replace with sediment filter bags, no more fiber mats since they are no durable enough for this application.

No trackout or other issues. Work has temporarily stopped during the rain event

WIP on finishing stormwater pond for DH #12 and #13. Vertical construction by Tahoe Homes and Hunter Homes is on going. Lined washouts located in alley ways.

Note:

the original fiber mats put on inlets have been destroyed and did not last. Correction requests to Hunter in insert bags north of Wolf Tree and Tahoe south of Wolf Tree on Barnside.

Replace 2 storm drain inlets on Barnside between Wolf Tree and Timberside with sediment filter bags. Check alley storm drain inlet as well.

Silt fence is installed along the north boundary of the site and should treat sheet flow from the site, which is 3+ acres with a slight slope in that direction. Excavator (Nampa Paving) will be hauing in dirt to raise elevatio up to 3 ft in some areas. Construction entrance rock on site and is in process of being installed. Irrigation district has prohibited silt fence along southern border, a construction fence will be installed to show limits of disturbance and keep machinery away from embankment.

Site has permission to pump water into water truck for compaction and dust control.
