A temporary occupancy was given until approved hardware is installed on the exterior exit doors, provide fire extinguishers front and rear, provide correct landing at the north exit door and cover all electrical outlets.

Contractor wanted an inspector to walk the project and tell them if any sprinkler heads are overspaced. I told him that I could not do this and that he would need to contact a fire sprinkler contractor to verify sprinkler spacing prior to inspection

Per the plans the Server Room is to be Ordinary Hazard. The small room rule has been utilized plus the square footage of the room exceeds the coverage of what two heads could provide at 130sq ft each. The plans also indicate that the new pendants in the other room are to have a maximum spacing of 168 sq. ft. but are actually spaced at 183 sq. ft.. Also one sprig up has been left installed above what is going to be a ceiling. This upright will need to be removed.
