check that silt fence has been repaired. Builder called to say he made corrections in the AM in response to yesterday's inspection.

Silt fence breech has been fixed with new fencing. The drainage swale that overflowed was increased in size and the berms walls raised and some rock installed. Builder talked to neighbor with sediment coming on to property and has resolved the issue.

This is only a temporary fix. Slope still need to be hydroseeded and a solution to the irrigation runoff issue needs to be found.

One MS4 on Howe & Broadway has existing inlet filter bag. Perimeter wattle and construction fencing also installed from previous demolition and site stabilization project (ESC14-01048) - that permit now finaled.

Approved to begin site grubbing and initial set up. Note this permit will prepare utilities on 3 parcels and the Popeye's will be built in the middle under ESC15-00310
