The plans indicate that the area around the new room is Office. It is actually being used for Ordinary Hazard. So plans need to be resubmitted changing the sprinkler spacing from light to ordinary hazard. Also two of the four pendant heads in the new room are utilizing "flex heads" these need to be addressed as well.

I spoke to the head maintenance gentleman and let him know that a building permit would be required for the installation of the new/clean room. Also electrical and mechanical permits and fire alarm permits would need to be provided
