A temp occupancy was given with Dave Millers permission until the fire alarm system for the shopco plaza has been inspected and approved. Fire sprinkler is finaled. Fire alarm has a temp. Fire life safety is ok except for the office door handle is not approved type. Since the south HVAC unit did not work I had Gary, the superintendant, lock out the unit until it can be repaired and reinspected

North hvac unit in the Basilio's restraunt would not operate. It is locked out until it can be repaired and tested. Smoke detector over panel, battery troubles, phone lines and pull station have been tested. No other items tested. This initial test was just to get the restraunt a temp occupancy.
